Description: HOT TOPIC - The One Year Anniversary of ARRA – Reporting and Compliance Best Practices. This panel discussion will begin with an overview of the last year of the Recovery Act and will go on to review best practices in reporting and compliance from the various States. Proposed speakers include representatives from The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, NGA, NASACT, and a state level recovery coordinator.
