The WGR Leadership Institute was designed by Women in Government Relations (WGR) to give unique insights and perspectives on the inner workings of Congress. This year's series will feature six classes that will examine congressional procedure by focusing on procedures used by Members of Congress in the House and Senate as well as an in-depth view of the budget and appropriations process.
Amendment Process - March 12, 2010
The amendment process can be used by members of Congress to change legislation to reflect their interests and views. In this session, you will learn about the amendment tree and the many layers of the amendment process.
